HELEN LIN-MURPHY

Helen spent the first chapter of her career in finance and technology, where she excelled at quantitative reasoning — and quietly sensed something essential was missing. In her early thirties, she made a deliberate turn: away from accumulating knowledge, toward pursuing wisdom. That inward journey, guided by the ancient imperative to Know Thyself, became the organizing principle of her life. That conviction led her naturally to philanthropy. She began with mentoring programs for low-income teens and single mothers, then encountered the incarcerated population — and was struck by their unexpected readiness for self-examination and transformation. She has studied the Enneagram for over fifteen years and considers it among the most powerful tools available for breaking through entrenched patterns and building genuine self-awareness. Helen has served on the boards of Summer Search (Silicon Valley and San Francisco), Duke University’s Trinity Board of Advisors, WANDA – Women and Allies, and Northwestern University’s San Francisco Leadership Council. Her work with the Enneagram Prison Project deepened her commitment to this population and brought her to this board. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband Matt and their dog Astro, and counts her two grown sons among her greatest sources of wonder.

LAURA HOOPER

Laura Hooper brings more than 15 years of experience in federal service, with a professional background spanning logistics, workforce development, leadership training, and program facilitation. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, reflecting a long-standing interest in human development, the ways people grow and change, and the impact we have on one another individually and collectively.

Since completing her coach training through New Ventures West in 2018, Laura has focused deeply on the Enneagram as a tool for self-awareness, accountability, and healing. Alongside her nonprofit work, she runs her own coaching practice, Laura Hooper Coaching, where she supports individuals and organizations in leadership development, self-awareness, and personal transformation.

For five years, Laura worked as a group facilitator with a nonprofit organization delivering transformational programming inside prisons and communities. It was through this work that she met John, the founder of Full Circle Project, witnessing firsthand his commitment to deep personal growth and his encouragement of others to do the same. Their shared belief in the power of restoration, reflection, and human connection became part of the inspiration behind this work.

Originally from rural Pennsylvania, Laura has called California home since 2012 and now lives in San Diego with her partner and their rambunctious dog.

FRANTZ FARREAU

Frantz Farreau is an attorney, educator, and community advocate whose career reflects a deep commitment to justice, equity, and service. Licensed across multiple jurisdictions, Frantz has spent years at the intersection of law, education, and nonprofit leadership — bringing both legal rigor and a people-centered approach to every role he holds.

As general counsel for a San Diego property management company, Frantz has navigated complex legal landscapes while keeping a positive community impact at the center of his counsel. As a professor, he has shaped the next generation of leaders, emphasizing critical thinking, ethics, and the human dimensions of the law and business. His extensive work with nonprofit organizations — both as legal counsel and as a board member — has given him firsthand understanding of the systemic barriers communities face and the transformative power of mission-driven work.

Frantz brings to restorative justice a belief that the legal system must do more than punish — it must repair, reconnect, and rebuild. He is committed to creating spaces where accountability and healing can coexist and where all people are empowered to lean into their fullest and truest selves.

CARRIE FRIESS KIRKPATRICK

Raised with a Quaker education on the East Coast and holding a BA in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College, Carrie is dedicated to helping individuals and teams peel back the layers of personality to find the freedom beneath. Her work centers on building "safe space"—environments where people feel secure enough to be honest and open enough to grow.

Carrie is an iEQ9 Integrative Enneagram, a Narrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner and an International Enneagram Association (IEA) Accredited Professional—one of only three such practitioners in the Wyoming, Idaho, and Utah region. She is the Co-Founder of Freedom Finders, LLC, where she brings a pragmatic, soulful approach to personal and professional transformation.

Carrie's passion for the impact of incarceration on families was forged through a decades-long relationship with sisters whose mother was incarcerated, giving her a deeply personal understanding of the ripple effects that reach far beyond prison walls. Contributing to her community has been a lifelong value and she has previously served on the boards of the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, Girls Actively Participating, and Climb Wyoming. Believing that self-knowledge and compassion are essential to healing for individuals, families, and communities alike, she is honored to support the work of the Full Circle Project.

Carrie has lived in Jackson, Wyoming, for over 30 years and has two twenty-something daughters. She makes time to fill her awe, gratitude and joy cup through nature, meaningful connections, and dancing.
